Rolf Naujokat - Personal Biography

Rolf Naujokat began his yoga studies in North India in 1975 with japa kriya, traditional hatha yoga and pranayama. He was certified to teach the Ashtanga yoga system by his guru, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, in 1996 and practices the fourth series. Beginning in 1990, he studied in Mysore for 3-6 months of every year for 16 years.
