Basia Lipska - Personal Biography
Basia Lipska was born in Poland, raised in Canada and resided in Tokyo before moving to Oslo in 2009. She has instructed, directed and supervised yoga-related projects appearing in the media as a promoter of healthy lifestyle design. The ancient mysticism of yoga and the transformative power of modern day self-help philosophies became the driving forces behind her creative interests, which range from art direction and painting to fashion and design. Her Ashtanga yoga practice has been the hub of her wheel of activities for over a decade. She was authorized by Pattabhi Jois in 2004 and R. Sharath in 2010 (level 2). She is an Experienced Registered Yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance and a Certified Sitaram Prenatal Yoga teacher. More about Basia: About personal biography pages
